Award-Winning Artist/Songwriter Shantell Ogden 
Announces Partnership with 40 Something Cowgirls

Nashville, TN - September 15, 2026 - Nashville-based Award-winning Artist/Songwriter Shantell Ogden today announced a partnership with 40 Something Cowgirls (40SC),  a nationwide sisterhood of women 21+ who share a love of horses, adventure, friendship, and the Western lifestyle. Ogden will serve as an official spokesperson, promoting the vision of 40SC and a new scholarship program to be announced soon.

To align with the partnership announcement and to celebrate the National Day of the Cowgirl, Shantell released her latest single today -  "Cowgirlin''' - which is now available globally on all streaming platforms. Cowgirlin' was written with hit songwriters Steve Dean (Alabama, George Strait, Rodney Atkins, Reba) and Bill Whyte (Joe Nichols, Ray Stevens).

The song perfectly aligns to the mission of 40 Something Cowgirls, a community of  “women who ride, rise, and show up for each other.” Founded 15 years ago by Kristi Williams, 40SC has grown to 52 chapters and nearly 2,000 members across the United States.

“As a cowgirl myself, with deep Western roots and a lifelong love of horses and music, this partnership is incredibly personal,” said Shantell. “I’m honored to use my voice to celebrate and share the stories of these amazing women and promote their new Cowgirl Spirit Scholarship.”

Shantell will be working with 40SC on a special lyric video of the song featuring their members in the coming weeks. In addition, she will announce a tour to connect with 40SC chapters later this fall.
